On April 10, 1937, Evert van Beek and his wife Gerarda van Beek – van de Pol started a shop and tailor's shop on Molenweg and from April 1939 on the current location on Apeldoornsestraat in Voorthuizen. From 1970 to 2010 Chris and Riet van Beek ran the business and today the 3rd generation in the persons of Mark and Hiske van Beek.
