Order
How do I place an order?
To place an order, go to the webshop by clicking Shop in the main menu. Make your choice in the webshop by first choosing the product, then selecting the size and finally clicking the “Add to cart” button. To pay for the contents of your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen.
Can I change my order?
If you want to add an item to an existing order, we recommend that you place a new order. You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. If you want to change the name or address of your order, please contact our customer service.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. In that case we will refund the full purchase amount. Once the order has been transferred to the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service.
